Check your inbox, use the booking reference and email on My Booking, and gather the right information for support before paying or booking again.
A missing email does not by itself tell you whether a booking exists or whether a payment succeeded. Begin by checking the information you already have. Avoid making another purchase simply to obtain a confirmation: a second payment may create a separate problem rather than resolve the first one.
Search the email address entered during booking, including spam, junk, promotions and archived messages. Search by the seller name, travel date or booking reference if you saved it. If another member of your group made the reservation, ask which address they used. An email used for a payment service may not be the same as the contact email entered for the trip.
Also check any confirmation page or downloaded document you saved after checkout. Keep the complete reference, including its letters and hyphens. A bank transaction reference is useful evidence for support, but it is not automatically the ferry booking reference.
Open My Booking. The form asks for the booking email and booking reference. Enter the email used for that reservation and copy the reference exactly from your confirmation information. The lookup does not search all reservations from an email alone. If you do not have the reference, contact support rather than trying guessed numbers.
When a matching booking is found, the site opens its booking details. Compare the route, date, passengers and displayed status with the journey you intended. A successful lookup is not a reason to ignore a pending or otherwise unresolved status. Follow the instructions shown for that booking, and contact support if the information does not match.
Check for a mistyped email, a reference copied with extra characters, or a booking made through a different seller. Ask the person who paid to check their records. If the details still do not work, use the help page and explain what happened. Repeatedly guessing references will not establish ownership of a booking and is not a useful way to recover it.
Do not send card security codes, passwords or one-time passcodes. Do not post your complete ticket, email and payment evidence in a public comment. Let support tell you what evidence is necessary and how to send it safely.
If your account shows a debit but the booking is unresolved, ask the seller to reconcile the existing transaction before paying again. If the booking is confirmed but the email is missing, ask how to obtain the appropriate confirmation or ticket for boarding. Delivery timing and acceptable boarding documents depend on the seller and operator; another company's published email timeframe is not a promise for this website.
The current My Booking form requires both the email and booking reference. Contact support if one is missing.
Contact the seller promptly and explain the urgency. Establish the status of the first booking and any consequences of a second purchase before deciding. Save any replacement confirmation separately and follow the operator's boarding instructions.
